As an employer you have the responsibility to create a fair workplace which recognizes and appreciates diversity. Legislation prohibits discrimination on 9 grounds but how can an employer promote fairness and make a cultural shift from "the law says we have to act fairly", to "wouldn't it be great if we were fully aware of all the resources, talents and creative potential locked up in individuals, and if we could tap that for our mutual benefit and growth?". Company policies are not enough as this must permeate into all the aspects of the organization including your daily dealings. How would you accomplish this and where to start?

Diversity & Equality in your organizations journey towards a fair workplace and be with you through every step of the way. You will benefit from expertise and through consulting and training your organization will grow and become an environment where its employees are comfortable, feel protected and thereby encouraging them to collectively be a productive workforce.
