(2) Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume. (3) Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an upfront or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents. (4) Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity. (5) Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of MinorityJobs.net or any activity being conducted on this site. (6) Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website's infrastructure. (7) If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of MinorityJobs.net, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose. (8) Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of MinorityJobs.net. User Information/Registration

User Submissions & Postings

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of your posting. You must not, and by using MinorityJobs.net you agree not to, do the following things: post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity; post a sexually-explicit statement(s); post or submit any information that is false, unlawful, misleading, or is inaccurate; post advertisements or solicitations of business, post chain letters or pyramid schemes; impersonate another person; or post material that contains viruses,trojanhorses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information. MinorityJobs.net may determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of any content that violates these terms or applicable laws. MinorityJobs.net has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. Minority Resources Inc. reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to MinorityJobs.net for violating the Terms of Use or the law and has the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. Minority Resources, Inc. may take any action with respect to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for MinorityJobs.net or may cause MinorityJobs.net to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. By submitting content to any public area of MinorityJobs.net, you understand that the information posted in your resume or job listing may be viewed by visitors to MinorityJobs.net who may or may not be seeking to hire or seek employees or employment.

Registration & Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You agree to immediately notify MinorityJobs.net of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. Only your password hint or the creation of a new password will allow you access to your account. Keep a record of your password, but do not share it with anyone else.

Job Seeker Accounts, Job Posting Packages and Billing

Job Seekers / Candidates / Resume Posters:

Resume Postings & their related accounts are free to any user wishing to post a resume on MinorityJobs.net. Basic services includes searching jobs, posting of a resume, accessing jobseeker related resources, careers and other related topics and access those areas that MinorityJobs.net may designate as free access areas for Job Seekers. MinorityJobs.net may offer Job Seekers, Candidates, and Resume Posters enhanced membership services either through MinorityJobs.net or other third-party providers. Such enhanced services may include but are not limited to: upgraded resume positions posting, resume writing services, third party reference checking, etc. These additional services may be offered on a pay-for-use basis. User agrees by accessing these additional services to be responsible for all fees associated with said services and that since these services are delivered on a pay-for-use basis and the user waives any and all rights to refunds once they have accessed and or used such services.

Employer / Recruiters / Advertisers:

MinorityJobs.net offers $99 per month membership packages for its users. The following section details the rules governing use of the job posting membership packages and the billing policy for the job postings on MinorityJobs.net. MinorityJobs.net charges users for access to post jobs and view resumes. These users may select a job posting membership with a of minimum commitment term of 1 month that give you unlimited access for that period of time. Purchasing a membership package will begin the minimum commitment terms of 1 month, and will continue with recurring billing every month thereafter. If the user chooses, they may opt-out of reoccurring billing via the credit card purchase page or their Employer Home Page under the section “Renewal / Billing Option”. They may under “Billing Options”, in-turn, purchase a one month membership as needed. The entire amount billed for each membership package is due the date said membership is retained via credit card purchase. Membership packages allow for postings to be live on the website at any point in time during the term of the agreement. Any postings which are not used are non-refundable. All credit card declines subject the user to an additional $25.00 processing fee. In the event that the user's registered credit card is unable to be charged for the contracted fees, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for all costs incurred by MinorityJobs.net as a result of sending your account to a collection agent. These costs include but are not limited to reasonable attorney fees and 3rd party collection fees incurred. In addition, accounts unable to be charged for the contracted fees will have all job postings suspended/deleted until which time the account is brought current in accordance with contracted terms. MinorityJobs.net will notify users 30 days in advance of any changes in billing procedures and / or pricing changes. User agrees to be bound by any changes to the billing procedures and / or pricing changes, unless user notifies MinorityJobs.net in accordance with its user cancellation procedures detailed in the current terms of use.

Termination of Employer / Recruiter Job Posting Package

MinorityJobs.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's job posting package for any violation of the MinorityJobs.net's Terms of Use. Termination or suspension may include removal of all job postings and termination of user's access to view resumes. Should a user's account be terminated for violation of MinorityJobs.net's Terms of Use, user waives any and all right to receive refunds of any and all unused portions of the job posting package, regardless of whether or not the user has paid in advance for the job posting package.

Cancellation of Job Posting Package by User

Job posting packages may be cancelled by contacting us at the Contact Link on www.MinorityJobs.net.

Minority Resources, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to,deletion of your postings from MinorityJobs.net and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access MinorityJobs.net and/or any other service provided to you by Minority Resources, Inc. upon any breach by you of these Terms of Use or if Minority Resources, Inc. is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to MinorityJobs.net.

Indemnities

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minority Resources, Inc., its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use. Minority Resources, Inc. shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. Also if you access MinorityJobs.net from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. No changes to these Terms of Use shall be made except by a revised posting on this page.
